Thinking of doing something new/different to spice things up, but you keep coming up with excuses as to why you "can’t"... Sound familiar?

Personally, I have been "too busy", "scared of what other's will think", "intimidated because I do not write well enough", bla bla bla...to start this blog! But, if I am being honest with myself, I have been too…full of shit!
You see, there are these little lies we mumble to our brains, mostly on an unconscious level. Yet, these "lies" are the truths we live in our every day lives. All of these excuses, distractions, lies (whatever you want to call them) have blocked my path to this very post. Well, NOT ANYMORE! I know how much value sharing my heart and life experiences can have on my future readers. So I decided today "just do the damn thing woman!...share your mind and click publish!" EEK!! (truth: this action taken me one year to actually create and share this blog)
I am starting The Girl's Club blog as a way to share, motivate, inspire and maybe even incite other women to get started! By "started" I mean taking small steps toward whatever it is you have been putting off because you think you can't!

This blog host a smörgåsbord (I had to google the spelling of that) of all things awesome + positive, related to: Wellness (mind and body), "Momming", and Food/Nutrition.
But most importantly, this blog is to serve as a mindset shift from all the "can't 's" to more "boomshakalakas!"
