The No Loss Sauce

Myth: Eating healthy is boring

Fact: Eating healthy allows for creativity...dream big, girl!

It is NO secret that I LOATH mayonnaise! If you're new here! Welcome to The Girls Club; mayo can't sit here!

...And it's not because I think it's "unhealthy", I believe you should enjoy everything you like with mindfulness. I just hate it, it's opal gloss and jiggle simply grosses me out!...end mayonnaise rant!

But I wanted to add a little spice and moisture to some spring rolls, so I messed around with some thaaangs. The end result was sooo delicious and super easy to make, that I wanted to share it with you all!

Check out this recipe, it happens to be raw vegan. (I am not a vegan however)

Mayo LESS (vegan) Spicy Aioli

- 3/4 C raw cashews

- 3 chipotle chilies

- 1tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp chili powder

- juice of a freshly squeezed lemon

- 1 tbsp of agave

- 1 handful of fresh cilantro

- 1/2 of an avocado

- Splash of water (divided, varied on desired texture)

- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1) In a food processor, pulse the cashews until a paste starts to form.

2) Add all other ingredients, blend in food processor until smooth.

3) Garnish with chopped cilantro (optional)

If you're a spicy chica, and prefer additional heat, you can add in another chipotle chili. But I recommend starting with just 3!

You can use this recipe for anything! I added this on the side of baked Tex-Mex spring rolls. It was just the right amount of heat and texture!

You could also use this as a spread on a sandwich, a dip for crackers + veggies. It's really a great addition to any appetizer

Try this one for your holiday parties, you will be sure to add a ZING to the appetizer scene at any party!

Let me know what you think, and don't forget to tag me on socials!

Go on girl,

XO, Kat
